New Iberia - Family and friends will be gathering to say farewell to Stacy Lynn Porche Bergeron, 50, on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, beginning at 6:00 PM and concluding at 8:00 PM at Davis Family Mortuary Chapel, 802 Weldon Street, New Iberia, LA.

Stacy Lynn Porche Bergeron was born on Tuesday, June 6,1975, to Ted Wayne Porche and Pamela Domangue Porche in Houma, LA. She was a high school graduate of Friendswood Christian Academy in Houma, LA. She and her husband Ted married in 1997 and made a life in Florida for 20 years before returning and settling in New Iberia, LA.

Stacy dedicated her career to administration work and was afforded the opportunity to not only provide skilled work but touch countless lives with her ability to reach people of all backgrounds. She also found great joy in lapidary. Whether it was cutting, shaping, polishing stones, gems, and even fossils; these all brought her immense pleasure.

Reunited with Stacy is her mother, Pamela Domangue Porche, paternal grandfather, Norman Porche and maternal grandparents, O'Neil and Doris Domangue. Stacy Lynn Porche Bergeron passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 4, 2026, in New Iberia, LA.

Stacey leaves her beautiful memories with her husband of 29 years, Christopher Bergeron of New Iberia, LA; one son, Aidin Bergeron of New Iberia, LA; father, Ted Porche of New Iberia, LA; grandmother, Gloria T. Gales of Houma, LA; siblings: Melissa Ann Porche of Prairieville, LA, Erin Elizabeth Porche of Covington, LA, April Ann New (Kim) of Pensacola, FL and Jeremy John Porche of Broussard, LA; in-laws, Dana and Anita Bergeron of Houma, LA and a host of extended relatives and friends.

The family has entrusted their loved one to the caring professionals at Davis Family Mortuary, 802 Weldon Street, New Iberia, LA.
