St. Martinville - A. Celebration of Life for Rena "Grace" Narcisse Lewis, 74, will be held Saturday, November 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM at The Old School, 210 Railroad Ave, Loreauville, LA. She was a native of Loreauville, LA and a resident of St. Martinville, LA.

Rena Narcisse Lewis also known as "Grace", was born to the late John Narcisse and Bella Benoit Narcisse on Tuesday May 1, 1951, in New Iberia, Louisiana. She was most known for her servant's heart that was evident in everything that she was a part of including pastoring Life Under Restoration Ministries. Her beautiful smile followed by uplifting words of comfort filled with love are just a few of the characteristics that will be cherished about such an inspiring woman.

In addition to her parents, John Narcisse and Bella Benoit Narcisse, she is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Lewis, siblings, Lillie Mae Narcisse, Lillian Alfred, Rosella Prejean, Nelson Comeaux, Lindberg Comeaux and Roland Comeaux.

She has left her legacy to her children: Nicole Narcisse of St. Martinville, LA, Patricia Haviland of Houston, TX, and Tavid Lewis of New Iberia, LA; sister, Mary Narcisse of New Iberia, LA, eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren along with a host of extended relatives and friends.

"Grace" made her glorious transition on Friday, November 14, 2025.  There is no doubt she is now amongst the angels worshipping her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

"For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:38-39
