Cummings, GA - Funeral services for Ms. Genevieve Roberson, 81 will be held on Saturday, September 27, 205 at 10:00 AM at Morning Star Baptist Church, 4111 Hwy 308, Raceland, LA. She was a native of Raceland, LA and a resident of Cummings, GA. Ms. Roberson passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

Visitation will be held Saturday at the church beginning at 8:00 AM and will conclude at the time of service.

Ms. Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents, George Sr. and Albertha Roberson, her husband, Cleve Cormier; life partner, Wallace Nailer; sisters: Olga Jackson, Elizabeth Roberson; grandson Nacoty Robinson; great-granddaughter Nevaeh Smith; nephews: Gregory Roberson, Michael Farlow, Cornelious Jackson; and great-nephew, Everette Jackson.

Ms. Roberson Leaves behind one brother George Roberson Jr. of Upper Marlboro, MA; children: Gaynelle Cormier (AJ) of Cumming GA, James "Kippy" Cormier (Vella) of Gray, LA, Raymond "RayRay" Cormier of Raceland, LA, Alanda Cormier of Banning CA, Kenneth Cormier (Ericka) of Jeanerette, LA; twenty-four grandchildren, forty great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
