Emmanuel Harding, II

New Iberia – A Memorial Celebration service for Emanuel Harding, III, 60, will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at 1:30 PM at Davis Family Mortuary Chapel, 802 Weldon St., New Iberia, LA . Pastor Trent Davis will officiate.

The family can be greeted from 12:30 pm until the time of service.

His interment will be private.

Emanuel was born on Friday, May 15, 1964 to the union of the late Emanuel Harding and Dorothy Dell Jenkins in Weeks Island, LA. He received his education in the schools of Iberia Parish, LA.  Having worked various jobs, his final employment was a Processor at Tabasco.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Patricia George. Emanuel departed this life on Monday, January 6, 2025 at his surrounded by his family.

Emanuel leaves to cherish precious memories, his wife, Anna "Rose" Harding of New Iberia, LA; four children, Chanda (Juwaan) Hill, Darcie George, Kourtney Polite , all of New Iberia, LA and Emanuel (Baylor) Harding of Youngsville, LA; his siblings, Ronald Harding, Aaron Harding, and Kelvin Harding, all of New Iberia, LA, Donald (Debra) Harding of Avery Island, LA, Gwendolyn (Robert) Harding, Tangela (Victor) Harding, and Kevin Harding, all of Houston, TX; aunt, Jackie Chambers of Seattle, WA and Gerald (Lois) Jenkins of Houston, TX; eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
