Our Angel

Sy'aire Lashawn Tardy

New Iberia – Services for Our Angel, Sy'aire Lashawn Tardy, 16 days old, will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Davis Family Mortuary Chapel, 802 Weldon St., New Iberia, LA. Pastor Kevin Jenkins will officiate the service.

He will be interred in Sorrell Community Cemetery, Sorrell, LA.

The family can be greeted at 9:00 AM until time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

We were blessed with Sy'aire on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, born  to Ty'ren Tardy and Rhondalyn Williams in New Orleans, LA.  God chose to take our precious angel back to heaven on Friday, December 20, 2024 in New Orleans, LA.  Eventhough he was only with us for a brief period of time our love for him is etched forever in our hearts.  He is now united with his grandfather, Ronald Williams; great-grandmother, Annie Mae Robinson and great-great grandparents, Jimmy and Joyce Murdock Archangel.

Sy'aire will always embrace the hearts of his father and mother, Ty'ren Tardy and Rhondalyn Williams, both of Franklin, LA; his grandparents,  Ebony Tardy of Jeanerette, LA, Victoria Robinson of Franklin and Wardell Howard of Maurice, LA; great-grandparents, James Archangel of New Iberia, LA and Jacqueline Tardy of Youngsville, LA; great-great grandparents, Mavis Otis of Lafayette, LA and Barbara Tardy of Glencoe, LA; as  well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
