Four Corners - A Homegoing Celebration for Andrew Lee Alexander, 69 will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Greater St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, 315 6th Street, Franklin, LA with Rev. Deandre C. Johnson, Sr. Officiating and Rev. Robert L. Purvey, Eulogist.

Quiet Hour will be held at 5:00 PM Friday, May 22, 2026, and conclude at 7:00 PM at Davis Family Mortuary Chapel, 802 Weldon Street, New Iberia, LA.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 AM at Greater St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church, 315 6th Street, Franklin, La and will conclude at the time of service.

He will await the resurrection at Sorrell Community Cemetery, Sorrell, LA

Andrew Lee Alexander began his life's journey on October 21, 1956. He was the 7th child born to Audrey Jones Alexander Falls and Henry Prade. He was a lifelong resident of Four Corners, Louisiana. He attended Thomas Gibbs Elementary and Franklin Senior High School. After completing school, he relocated to Houston, Texas where he was employed as a Roofer for J&L Roofing Company for many years after which he became employed by American Rice Company as a truck driver. This employment allowed him to travel all over the world and sometimes taking his mother to travel with him. After returning home he was employed by Highland Baptist Christian School, Landry's Truck Stop and Quality Inn & Suites.

Andrew, affectionally called "Drew" lived his life serving others. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a formal member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Four Corners, La. Later in life he reconfirmed his faith as a Baptist and was currently a member of Living Word Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Charles Spain and Pastor Emeritus, Robert L. Purvey.

Andrew was married to the former Patricia Ann Wells and unto this union two children were born.

Andrew is now resting with his parents: Audrey Falls, Benjamin Falls Sr. and Henry Prade; his brother, George Lloyd Alexander Jr.; maternal grandparents, Amanda & Jaco Jones.

Andrew leaves to cherish his memories his sons: Bronson Keith Alexander of New Iberia, LA and Jamal (Rocio) of The Woodlands, TX; devoted friend, Tammy White; brothers: Benjamin Falls Jr, (Felicia) of Vacaville, CA, Gerald Falls of Tulsa, OK, Curtis Jones (Carol) of Houston, TX, Micheal Law (Tina) of Sorrell, LA, Sydney Chanet (Loretta) of Baton Rouge, LA, and Ronnie Chanet (Monica) of Prairieville LA.; Sisters: Ira Lee Alexander of Inglewood, CA, Diana Charles of Lafayette, LA, Beverly Alexander of Four Corners, LA, Carolyn Francis of Franklin, LA, Debra Walker of Humble, TX, and Bonnie Chanet of` Albuquerque, NM. grandchildren: Braesha Alexander, Brielle Alexander, Evelyn Alexander, Arriona Alexander, Amare' Alexander, Alexis Alarvon, Alyssa Guajardo, and Anthony Guajardo; bonus parents, Shirley & Robert Purvey, bonus siblings: Josephine D. Foster, Eva D. (Oswald) Rollins, and Micheal (Mel) Davis, Wanda Baptiste, Pauline Johnson, Pearl Rack and Maryla Radar; his friend and confidant, Terry Minor Smith; and a host of faithful nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.

Mr. Andrew Lee Alexander passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2026, at 8:59PM surrounded by his family. He was a native and resident of Four Corners, LA.

The family has entrusted their loved one to the caring professionals at Davis Family Mortuary, 802 Weldon Street, New Iberia, LA.
